We collect information about you when you fill out the questionnaire you will receive when purchasing a motivated application or scholarship list. This is done in order to prepare a motivated application or tailored scholarship list that highlights your qualities. The legal basis for processing this personal data is Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Once the service has been delivered and any outstanding matters have been resolved, we will immediately delete the personal data.

We only collect the personal data necessary to prepare the material you have ordered.

The following information may be collected from you:

  • Full name

  • Date of birth

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Current and previous residential addresses

  • Payment information

  • Health information

  • Education and grades


In addition, there is a range of personal data that you may provide when completing questionnaires related to ordering a motivated application or tailored scholarship list.

Contact information is necessary to deliver order confirmations and the product. Your payment information is collected to process the purchase. Payments are processed through Stripe.

Your personal data will also be used for business purposes, such as audience analysis for marketing purposes.

You can always withdraw your consent by contacting us, after which we will immediately delete your personal data.

Policy for storage and deletion of personal data:

Your personal data is only stored for as long as it serves a purpose related to the service you have ordered. For the purchase of scholarship lists, your personal data, except for payment information, will be deleted one year after the deadline for the last scholarship application. For the order of a motivated application or feedback on it, your personal data, except for payment information, will be deleted one year after you confirm that you are satisfied with the product. In all other cases, your personal data will be deleted one year after the product has been delivered.

Disclosure of personal data:

We do not disclose your personal data to any third party unless strictly necessary. Disclosure only occurs in connection with payment, where Stripe will receive your payment information to process the purchase.


We are required to keep all accounting records in accordance with the Bookkeeping Act. This means that we retain invoices and similar documents for accounting purposes. These may contain general personal data such as name, address, and description of the service provided.

Our legal basis for processing personal data for accounting purposes is Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR. We retain this information for a minimum of five years after the end of the current accounting year.


As a user, you always have the right to know what personal data we store about you. Additionally, you have the right to know how this personal data was collected, how it is used, when it will be deleted, and the right to have it corrected.
